AI OSI™ is a trademark of Daniel P. Madden.

AI OSI™ materials are provided for informational, research, educational, and evaluative purposes only.

AI OSI™ is not affiliated with ISO/IEC, the OSI networking model, any government authority, standards-setting organization, regulator, certification body, vendor, institution, or third-party entity unless expressly stated.

References to third-party laws, standards, organizations, technologies, frameworks, tools, vendors, or platforms are provided for contextual, comparative, analytical, or illustrative purposes only.

4. User Responsibility

Any person or organization that reviews, adapts, references, implements, or relies on AI OSI™ materials does so independently and at its own risk.

Responsibility for legal compliance, governance decisions, system design, operational behavior, risk management, security, safety, ethics, and institutional oversight remains with the implementing person or organization.
